Jazz Foundation with saxophonist Harry Allen, pianist Derek
Smith, cornetist Randy Reinhart, trombonist Dan Barrett,
drummer Joe Ascione and guitarist Joe Cohn. These concerts
at the Donald R. Seawell Grand Ballroom in the Denver Performing Arts
Complex include an open bar, snacks and casual, caberet-style seating.
The Donald R. Seawell Grand Ballroom features a massive, 50-feet long
window with a stunning, panoramic view of Denver and the Rocky Mountains.

Larry Vukovich is one of the most versatile pianists in jazz. Mr.
Vuckovich's repertoire spans hard-hitting, hard-swinging bebop, contemporary
as well as classic jazz material, down-home blues, and world music,
including Balkan, Afro-Cuban and Latin/Brazilian fare. Besides his
30-year association with alto saxophonist Charles McPherson, Sr.,
Larry has played with a multitude of jazz masters, from Dexter Gordon
and Philly Joe Jones to Tom Harrell and Charlie Haden. Mr. Vuckovich

Drummer Chuck McPherson was born in Detroit and splits his
time between Detroit and New York. Chuck and his father, the great
alto saxophonist Charles McPherson, Sr. work together a lot and have
played with Larry Vuckovich at the Village Vanguard and the Blue Note,
when Larry was on the New York scene from 1985 to 1990. Chuck has
toured with Freddie Hubbard, Harold Land, Aretha Franklin and others.

from San Francisco and drummer Chuck McPherson at the Detroit
Music Hall Jazz Cafe.
Larry Vukovich is one of the most versatile pianists in jazz.
His repertoire spans hard-hitting, hard-swinging bebop, contemporary
as well as classic jazz material, down-home blues, and world music,
including Balkan, Afro-Cuban and Latin/Brazilian fare. Besides his
30-year association with alto saxophonist Charles McPherson, Sr.,
Larry has played with a multitude of jazz masters, from Dexter Gordon
and Philly Joe Jones to Tom Harrell and Charlie Haden. Mr. Vukovich
was the house pianist at San Francisco's famous Keystone Corner Jazz
Club from 1977 through 1982.
