Tall Corn is the debut recording of Paul Keller's three-horn sextet. It features seven toe-tapping oiginal compositions by bassist/leader Keller and includes three standards; twelve tunes in all, 69 full minutes of great modern jazz - "Keller-ized" for your enjoyment.

Once you hear the main theme of "Tall Corn" you'll be humming this celebration of autumn all day long. Check out the nifty ensemble work on "The Scene is Vienne" and the classic Blue Note feel on "Blues Now".

The Paul Keller Ensemble - fresh out of the fields of Ann Arbor with its TALL CORN CD was, as usual, generous with its time and highly entertaining in its performance.  Having Paul bring his sextet to our jazz picnic was a real treat.
